However, if despite our best efforts, your stroller shows signs of material or manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we honor our warranty terms & conditions. The warranty reflects the trust we have in our products and is Quinny’s Quality Promise to you. If you feel there is a problem with your stroller, please contact your retailer or contact us directly via our consumer contact. Quinny is committed to offer parents superior service and the quickest turnaround time possible.

The origin of products not purchased through these authorized retailers is unknown and could be counterfeit.
